Westbrook Auto Service is a full service car care center. We are a NAPA Auto Care Center and employ ASE certified master technicians. At Westbrook Auto Service we are able to take care of all your repair and maintenance needs.
How much will it cost to fix my car?
Unfortunately, there is no one answer to this question, as there are many variables involved. We first need to see the vehicle and prepare an estimate based on your car's needs. We will then give you a written estimate with options, so you can decide which repair is best for you and your budget.
Will my bill be higher than my estimate?
An estimate is just that - an estimate. Maine state law requires us to notify you if the bill will exceed 10% of the original estimate. On a large repair this could be significant, so we make it a practice to call and get your authorization to exceed the estimate and make you aware of any other issues found during the repair.
Can you service my new car under warranty?
We can maintain your new vehicle, which includes anything you would have to pay for at your dealer. Any item covered under your manufacturers warranty will have to be repaired by them. We can however, administer most after market or extended warranties.
How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?
We typically book a week in advance, but always leave some space for emergencies. Just let us know what your needs are and we can make it happen.
Why is maintenance important?
Maintenance keeps your car in the best possible condition, prolonging the life of the car and its parts and increases the reliability and resale value of your car.
